Our Policies

All dahlia tubers listed for sale are grown in our field in Hanover, Pennsylvania. We are passionate about growing organically and choose to manage pests and disease with non-chemical methods, like beneficial insects and OMRI listed products when necessary. All listings are for one tuber division guaranteed to grow true to name. I dig, wash, and divide each clump by hand, then store them through the winter until it is time to start shipping. Once your order arrives, please unbox and inspect your tubers immediately after delivery. If you should find a problem with your order please reach out within 3 days so it can be resolved at flowercrushfarm@gmail.com

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. All sales are final - no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Flower Crush Farm is not responsible for tuber failure due to growing conditions, pest damage, or unfavorable weather. If tuber loss occurs during storage and we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, you will receive a refund to the original payment method for said tuber/tubers. I do not substitute varieties.

*Please note - We are a small operation and some varieties are more limited than others. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete and can disappear if stock is low and someone else checks out first.

Shipping
Shipping is available within the United States only. Your order will ship USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 1-3 business days. All orders will begin shipping in April when the weather is warm enough to do so, at which point you will receive a tracking number. Early shipping is not available, and multiple orders cannot be combined at this time. Separate orders will be charged individual shipping costs. Local pickup from our farm is available beginning in April. Use the code "PICKUP" at checkout to remove shipping costs. Pickup instructions will be sent at the end of March. Please note - this cannot be changed later, so please be sure your order can be picked up if you choose to defer shipping costs.

Shipping costs for 2025 are as follows:

1-3 Tubers $11.00
4-20 Tubers $20.00
21+ Tubers $27.00
